If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the vehicle. The car must be returned in the same condition as delivered, without any damage or modifications.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at our Antwerp office located at Kielsevest 23, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return and shipping arrangements.

Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned vehicle. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Because we ship worldwide, please allow additional time for international returns and refunds.
